Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with 100 years of history, is seeking a Marketing Administrator for its corporate office in Long Beach. This position is a full-time temporary position expected to last approximately four months. Individual will be responsible for the administrative support of the marketing team. Ideal candidates will be self starting, outgoing, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Individual must possess excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidate must be extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with InDesign preferred but not required. Position is responsible for scheduling tasks, preparing business correspondence, fielding phone calls, assisting in proposal generation, assisting in marketing tasks, and various reporting. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience but the right entry-level candidate will be considered.
