Description: TEMPORARY POSITION/DURATION: APPROX. 4 MONTHS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION. Position Summary: Lead production efforts by preparing proposals; attending pre-proposal meetings, acting as proposal writer, editor, and graphics specialist; and creating interview and other marketing related presentations. Step in for Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager in their absences. Support the South Region marketing and business development team with high-level administrative tasks. Qualifications Required:

• BA/BS Degree (or equivalent years of experience)
• Minimum five years as a coordinator in A/E marketing or other related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Possess strong creative graphic skills
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Excellent writing and verbal communication, and
• Be a team player
• High level knowledge of Adobe Suite, MS Office Suite, and Vision.
