Description: gkkworks is seeking a marketing coordinator for either their Irvine or Pasadena offices. This individual will work with firm principals and others to coordinate and produce proposals, marketing materials and presentations for architecture and construction projects. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment within an exciting, growing firm. This individual must have:

• At least three years of experience in the AEC industry
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Ability to collaborate and be a team player
• Strong organizational skills
• Focus on details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
